"Wonderful"
I really loved the water machine that was available free of charge with fresh cold drinking water in the hallways! I also appreciated that the restaurant gave me free hot water for tea (as they should) and then when I asked for honey they gave me the rest of their large bottle! I would recommend staying here!

This hotel stood out to us during our trip, it was really lovely and personal. The hotel is not huge so nothing feels overcrowded, the rooms are a really good size and nice design and layout. The pool area is good and parking is easy! We really loved our stay here.

Absolutely beautiful!!! We asked for an early check in to go to a major family member funeral we came from Sacramento Ca.. actually a father!!!!!! But we treated terrible!!! No early check in we got there at 2:00 . Totally recommended we will now go back to the Toll House or even drive to the Dream Inn in Santa Cruz for functions in San Jose. We are in our late 70s and we were very disappointed. We are business people not old looking people!!!! I grew up in San Jose people going to the DeAnza and soooo many other places. Our son and daughter in law also stayed and will never come back!!!!! They are in there 50s and go down there all the time!!! We are very respected business owners in Sacramento!!!! Very sad and extremely disappointed!!!!

The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The greenery and the gardens are amazing. The hotel inside is beautiful and vintage making you feel like royalty! Theres soo much to see if you walk around the hotel. The rooms are a good size and the beds were pretty comfortable.

The hotel was great. For me personally, it had that "Shining" vibe to it. Kind of a strange location with all the residential homes surrounding it, but not a turn off. The room was large, clean & easily accessible. The beds were very comfortable.
